The Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport Hotel recently completed a $1.6 million renovation and complete redesign of its meeting and event space, including 19 meeting rooms with all new carpet, wall vinyl, lighting, art work, paint, woodwork and chairs. The transformation offers a fresh and modern look to the Irving Lecture Hall, pre-function rooms, breakout rooms as well as the complete refresh of the 10,541 sq. ft. Trinity Ballroom.
The Dallas airport hotel offers approximately 38,000 square feet of functional meeting space and accommodations for 10 to 1,600 guests for receptions, conventions or your next special events in Dallas. All of the flexible meeting space features sophisticated and extensive audiovisual capabilities and full banquet and catering services. Meetings rooms come equipped with Wireless High Speed Internet Access, extensive pre-function space, a built-in registration desk, lecture hall-type seating, and on-site office spaces.
Under the direction of Meeting Planner International (MPI), the meeting space was consolidated on the ground floor giving planners the ability to see all of their groups activities from one vantage point making for a more efficient use of the space.
