Texas Motor Speedway Calendar of Events

The Westin DFW's location gives you convenient access to the 114 highway which will take you straight to the Texas Motor Speedway.

October 2-4, 2009 - 17th Lone Star Nationals Goodguys Rod & Custom Show
Over 1,500 Rods, Customs, Classics, Muscle Cars and Trucks thru '72 will be on display.  The event also includes vendor and manufacturer exhibits, Goodgals Gallery, Model Car & Pedal Car Show, Swap Meet & Cars for Sale Corral and a Goodguys Street Challenge AutoCross.  Admission is $17 for adults and $6 for children (7-12).  Camping is $35 per night cash only based on a first come, first serve basis.  Camping opens at noon Tuesday, Sept. 29. 

October 24-25, 2009 - Trade Days USA
Trade Days USA is a combination arts festival, arts and crafts show, flea market and more, all rolled up into one.  Vendors will be selling everything imaginable in the campgrounds outside of Turn 3 across from the speedway's Dirt Track.  Admission is free, parking is $5. 

Nov 5 - 8, 2009 - Dickies 500 Weekend
NASCAR racing returns in November for a triple header weekend at Texas Motor Speedway which leads up to the eighth race in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup, the Dickies 500. The weekend kicks off with 7-Eleven Qualifying for the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series on Thursday, Nov. 5. The NASCAR Sprint Cup and Nationwide Series 7-Eleven Qualifying takes place on Friday, Nov. 6 as well as the action-packed Camping World Truck Series Lone Star 350. The weekend continues with the Nationwide Series O'Reilly Challenge on Saturday and the Dickies 500 on Sunday - one of the most pivotal races in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup. November 21-22, 2009 - Trade Days USA
